I have a Garmin TACTIX AMOLED watch, and I've hated all of the watchbands for it. I've gone through about five, living with the 10 dollar Amazon China junk and the more expensive titanium bands Garmin offers, but I disliked them all. I found this website literally searching for a watchband. I'm not a big "paracord" guy, but I AM a veteran, and I was taken by the designs. After wasting money on a plethora of bands, I decided to give them a try. I got the band with the Cobra buckle, and when it arrived, it was a smidgeon too big - and the Cobra buckle bit into my wrist. I would have called it a day on another failed band experiment, but the customer service with this business is extraordinary. Blanca and Julian will work with you no matter what your issue is. In this case, instead of calling it a lost cause, Julian and Blanca asked me to send it back - so I did. They changed the clasp to FIdLock and resized the band. I just received it today, and it fits PERFECTLY. When I say that, I mean it. It's like a custom pair of boots. And the clasp is just what I wanted - an easy close design that will fit under a shirt sleeve -- which was based on Blanca's recommendation. Yeah, the band costs a little bit of money, but it is absolutely worth every penny. The band looks exactly like I wanted and fits better than any watch band I've ever purchased. And I've purchased a few..... Recommend highly.

One Caveat: If you go with the FidLock and are running a Garmin Watch, know that the magnetic clasp will alter the compass readings of the watch. Should be common sense, as every China junk band on Amazon does the same thing, but just in case you don't know that, there you go. GPS coordinates, which don't rely on magnetic bearings, and everything else on the watch will work just fine, but a compass bearing will be off. If you need a bearing in desperate circumstances, just remove the quick locks on the band and hold the watch alone. .
