FREE or Flat Rate Shipping

US orders qualify for Free USPS First-Class package shipping (Includes U.S. Military APO/FPO Address Overseas).
Delivery time is usually 2-6 days. Orders over $100 are upgraded to Free USPS Priority Mail.

We ship using USPS, DHL or UPS.

- You can choose from available carriers as you check out.
- We ship using the standard published rates for that carrier.
- If for some reason we have problems shipping with your chosen carrier, we will contact you and make the necessary arrangements.
- Turn around time is not the same as shipping time. Once you have been notified of your order being ready to ship (based on your estimated wait time), you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Signature Required

Our packages does not require a signature upon receipt. However, feel free to add any other special instructions. For example, if you do not want the package left on your porch then say so in a note as you place the order.

International Orders

We charge international customers the actual cost of shipping.
We also offer a variety of shipping options with USPS, DHL and UPS.
The customer is responsible for any import taxes or tariffs.

Our website quotes shipping rates based on weight and delivery address. If you want to order $200 or more in product, load it into a shopping cart and then contact us before you check out. We will manually check shipping options and find the best rate we can.

Be advised that shipping will likely cost almost as much as the product.

Your international package will include an invoice to facilitate the customs clearance. If possible, provide a phone number where customs may contact you in case they have any questions.
